Return & Refund Policy
We want your order fulfillment process to be as smooth as possible so we've covered everything you need to know about refunding, returning, and exchanging products below.
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. We also do not refund shipping and handling, shipping protection, or transaction fees.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at team@trytrendi.com. Please read and review our return rules below before requesting a return. To move forward requesting a return, please provide these details in your email:
- Subject: RETURN Requested
- Your Order Information
- A photo of the product(s)
- Your reason for returning product(s)
If your return is accepted, we'll ask you to send your package. Ship your return as instructed and provide tracking details to our support team. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Return Processing Timeline
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be received. Once your package is received, inspected, and successfully reviewed, we will initiate a refund/store credit/exchange within 10-14 business days. Please note that refunds may take 7-10 business days to show on your statement. If your refund is still not showing, please contact and check with your credit card company or financial institution.
Return Rules (Please Read)
All refunds are processed in US dollars to your original method of payment, and may only be issued once. Please note, TryTrendi.com "trendi" reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, exchanges, and refunds. TryTrendi "trendi" reserves the right to charge for returned items. The restocking fee is 50% MSRP per item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the 50% restocking fee per item within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
